Crystal Release/Therapy

Crystal Therapy is an ancient technique that used a holistic approach to addressing the full spectrum of a persons mind, body challenges.  It addresses the totality of a being for the emotion, mind, physical body and spiritual aspects of frequency imbalance.

This method of therapy is non-invasive, relaxing, natural and beautiful process.  It offers the opportunity to lie back, relax and connect with your bodies energies leaving you refreshed, restored and de-stressed.  A great foundation for optimal health.

How does it work?  Each crystal type vibrates at a slightly different frequency and does not change. The physical body also has frequency which is in constant flux.  When a crystal is  placed on or close by, the body frequency shifts.  This can release blocks and harmonize what is out of balance.

I chose the grid patterns and use a variety of crystals intuitively  to address the energies the body is needing to adjust.  Working from head to toe, tuning in to what is being emitted.  Finding the right combinations to support releasing low vibrational energy patterns and bringing in new and higher vibrations.  A handful of crystals are applied during each session.  It may require several sessions to address deeply imbalanced topics and to reach numerous layers.
